We aim to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 1 to 2 business days to receive the goods from the factory to our warehouse. We need 24-48 hours to process your order before it is delivered to the shipping units. Please be aware of peak shopping seasons and sales events which may also affect processing times. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the fulfillment process.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER HAS STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

We provide tracking numbers for every order we send out. While we will do our best to help, we are not responsible for courier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you are unable to locate the package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or courier center with your tracking number for all delivery inquiries missing. Please be assured your order is in the parcel when we send it.
